Payment in full on arrival

A non refundable deposit of one night's payment is required as booking confirmation. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of Strawberry Cottage terms and conditions.

Arrival is after 4:00 pm and before 7:00 PM (unless by prior arrangement). The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am on day of departure. An additional night's fee is chargeable for late departure.

The Strawberry Cottage facilities are strictly for use of paying guests only. (Visitors only by prior arrangement).

The management reserves the right to terminate stay if guest's behavior is unruly, unacceptable or upsets other guests. No refund will be given.

Payment in full will be taken for period booked. No refund for early departure.

The proprietors of Strawberry Cottage will not be liable to any person for any personal injury, loss or damage to property however sustained or caused.

If you have booked a room as single occupancy and find it necessary to use more that one bed, you will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 5 working days notice is required to cancel booked accommodation. After this, payment for the period is required in full. Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded.

Deposit non-transferable.
