Strawberry Cottage B&B, so called because it was once the dairy on a Strawberry Farm, is a traditional, family run Bed & Breakfast, located near Southampton. The charming character cottage, furnished in English country style, is quietly situated in the large garden of a Grade II listed Tudor farmhouse dating from 1547. The Bed and Breakfast has independent access providing maximum flexibility for guests. The bedrooms, all en suite, are large and comfortable with TVs and coffee and tea making facilities.
We offer a high quality breakfast with locally sourced ingredients including free range eggs from our own hens; bacon and prize winning sausages from a nearby butcher and home made, Strawberry Cottage jams and marmalades using fruit from the cottage garden. We provide a full range of options for vegetarians. A Continental breakfast is also available. |

Strawberry Cottage offers traditional country cottage, comfortable, guest house accommodation, suitable for holidays, short breaks or business trips. It is ideal for individuals, couples or family groups/friends get-togethers. The cottage has three bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. It has a lounge and dining area for the use of residents.
The Cottage is located within the garden of Shamblehurst Manor, but has its own private access.
